In the factory, we strictly follow the HACCP standards to carry out the production steps of each product, and all employees have passed the HACCP training to ensure the safety and reliability of product quality. We also have a food experience center where you can taste our Kimdeefoods organic foods and ready meals.

Walk in Noodles Workshop

After the noodles are rolled, they are cut and workers are checking whether they meet the standards

Rolling Workshop

In the rolling section, the pre-treated dough goes through seven rolling processes to form noodle sheets of specific width and thickness. These sheets are then cut by a cutting machine into predetermined lengths and widths, shaping the initial noodle form. Throughout the process, we strictly adhere to national standards, maintaining a tolerance of +/-2g.

Shaping Workshop

After rolling and cutting, the noodles undergo shaping to ensure uniform shape and size. During this process, the noodle cakes are formed into either round or square shapes.

Drying Workshop

In the drying workshop, we use 100-degree hot air circulation to dry the noodle cakes for one hour. When producing fried instant noodles, we switch to a large-capacity oil fryer and fry the noodle cakes at a high temperature of 160 degrees Celsius for about 3 minutes. After cooling, operators will sort out any defective products. Subsequently, all noodle cakes undergo metal detection and UV light and ozone sterilization to ensure they are free of foreign objects and sterile.

Packing Workshop

The qualified noodle cakes are initially packaged with seasoning packets in our primary packaging area. They are then transferred to the secondary packaging area for further packaging. All packaging materials have been sterilized beforehand.

Walk in Ready Meals Workshop

In Kimdee's pre-prepared food workshop, production line workers are cleaning raw materials in the pre-processing workshop

Preprocessing Workshop

Here we clean all the raw materials to ensure their hygiene and safety. After cleaning, the raw materials will be pre-processed, such as cutting vegetables and meat into the required shapes and sizes for subsequent processing and cooking.

Cold Storage Workshop

The processed materials will be transported to cold storage to ensure their freshness.

Packaging Workshop

At this stage, solid and liquid foods are packaged separately. Operators reweigh and screen each packaged foods to ensure compliance with weight standards. Subsequently, all packaged foods undergo X-ray inspection to detect foreign objects.

High-temperature Sterilization Workshop

The tested packaged food will be placed on sterilization trays for high-temperature cooking and sterilization at 121 degrees Celsius or above.
